The Mayer is located at the northwest corner of Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward, just south of downtown. It's right off the I-94 expressway. From the south, just take the Kilbourn Street exit east to Water Street, then south to The Mayer on the corner of Water St. and St. Paul. From the north, take the McKinley Avenue exit east to Water Street, then south to The Mayer on the corner of Water St. and St. Paul.
